0 min Both teams have already secured their places in the semifinals but the results today will determine their opponent in the semifinals. Winner will play Finland and loser will be playing Switzerland who topped the other group. 1

2 min First decent attack by Sweden. A well-worked free hit saw the drag shot from a Sweedish forward missed the goal agonisingly. 1
3 min Another close shave for Norway. Sweden #21 Sara Ekstrom took a slap shot but couldn\'t get past the first defender. 1
4 min Extremely physical start from both sides as they try to muscle one another off the ball. 1
5 min Sweden #19 Hanna Lundstrom took a tricky back hand shot but was slightly of target. 1
6 min Sweden is really piling up the pressure now as their pride is at stake. Shot after shot but to no avail. 1

7 min Finally equaliser for Sweden!! #29 Amanda Wendelstig found #14 Camiilla Granelid in a dangerous position. The latter smashed the ball first time into the net. 1
9 min Sweden after getting the equaliser have slowed down the tempo and giving Norway a chance to attack. The match is starting to even out. 1
10 min A superb slap shot by Sweden #5 Jessica Holmgren from near the half way line but was saved y the keeper. 1
11 min So close for Sweden! A close range attempt by #26 Camilla Nilsson only managed to fin the side netting. Sweden is really turning on the class now. 1
12 min Sweden missed another golden opportunity. This time from #9 Sara Kristoffersson who was one on one with the goalkeeper but the keeper did well to save. 1
13 min A double save by Norwegian keeper #35 Hanne Aaslie from Swedish attacks. She is really keeping Norway in the game right now. 1
15 min Good skills by #9 Sara Kristoffersson but the eventual shot was saved by the keeper. 1
15 min There are simply too many shots by Sweden and Norway just manages to keep their heads above water. How long more can they hold on to these Swede attacks? 1

20 min The first period ends at a score of 2-1 to Sweden. Sweden has been extremely dominant in this period and Norway despite taking the early lead is finding problem containing the Swedish attacks. 1

39 min Last minute of the second period. I wonder what will the Norwegian coach say to his players as he still has the semifinals match to worry about. Maybe he will be resting his key players as a come back is rather unlikely with scoreline like this. 2

40 min Second period ends with a double digits score for Sweden. 10-1. It is a pretty one sided second period and looks like Sweden looks set to meet runner-up for the next group, Finland. 2

46 min While muscling each other for the ball, Sweden #15 Johanna Ekeroth and Norway #19 Unn Haugen both flew out of the courts and the entire row of boards collapsed triggering a round of laughter by the spectators. 3

56 min Superb goal from #17 Anna Jakobsson who took the ball from side the goal post, wriggled her way to the front before taking a backhand shot to the far post. Nothing the keeper could do anout that. 3
58 min Norway #5 Lotte Nesbakken took a shot from a distance that did not trouble the keeper at all. 3
59 min Last minute to end of the game. Sweden looks like they already had the vicotry in their pockets. In fact, even from the start of this half. 3
60 min Finally, end of nightmare for Norway. 14-1 the final score and Sweden tops Group 1 with a perfect score. Norway will accompany Sweden to advance to semifinals. Player of the Match for Norway is #15 Johanna Engronningen while for Sweden is captain #24 Hermine Dahlerus who has been nothing but magnificent today. Good job, team Sweden! 3
